With a lifting capacity of 3.5 tonnes, the RAVAGLIOLI KPH35M is ideally designed for passenger cars and vehicles of common size classes. The electro-hydraulic drive lifts the vehicle powerfully and evenly to the desired working height.
The asymmetric lifting arms correspond to the proven design of the KPH35 Standard: 3-stage telescopic at the front and 2-stage telescopic at the rear (550–1,473 mm). This allows the KPH35M to reliably cover the common pick-up points of standard passenger cars. The automatic arm locking system ensures a secure hold and is automatically released when the lift is lowered to the ground.
With a maximum lifting height of 2,007 mm, the KPH35M provides comfortable access to the vehicle underbody. At the same time, the minimum pick-up height of 101 mm makes it easier to lift low vehicles. A lifting time of just 32 seconds supports fast workflows and efficient vehicle changes.
The permanently active mechanical safety latch reliably locks the lift in the parking position. The cable-free hydraulic synchronization ensures precise alignment of both lifting carriages. In addition, the standard limit switch protects against exceeding the maximum lifting height.
Two Control Units: The standard dual-side controls allow operation from both columns – the key distinguishing feature compared to the KPH35 Standard, providing greater ergonomics and shorter distances in everyday workshop use.
Cable-Free Synchronization: The synchronization of the lifting carriages is achieved directly via the hydraulic system. This ensures a smooth, even lift and reduces maintenance effort.
