Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)
For customers acting as entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return.
However, we know that an order can also go wrong in day-to-day business. For this reason, we offer a return as a gesture of goodwill under certain conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
In addition to the traditional way of declaring your withdrawal (e.g. by email, post, or fax), an electronic withdrawal function is also available to you on this website. This function ("withdrawal button") can be found in the customer area as well as in the footer of this website. You can use this function to withdraw from your contract online. After submitting your withdrawal, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
The data collected in connection with the declaration and processing of your withdrawal will be stored and processed to handle your request. Once the withdrawal process has been fully completed and the statutory retention and proof periods have expired, this data will be deleted.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement for goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will collect the goods that cannot be sent by parcel post.
You shall send back the goods that can be sent by parcel post or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the parcel-shippable goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods that can be sent by parcel post as well as the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The cost for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post is estimated at a maximum of approximately 300 EUR.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Expiry Grounds
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
- the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
