If your desired item is marked as "in stock", you will usually receive your delivery throughout Germany on the next working day (delivery Mon-Fri, if necessary Sat). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Please always note the delivery date specified on the respective item.
Express costs will not be reimbursed for returns.
Parcel Shipping
We ship parcels worldwide up to a size of 120 x 60 x 60 cm and up to 30 kg. Depending on the destination country, shipping is carried out with DHL or DPD. DHL Express is currently only available within Germany.
Same-day shipping:
Orders for items in stock that are received by us by 11:00 a.m.
(UTC+1 / daylight saving time UTC+2) will be shipped on the same day.
DHL Standard:
- Germany: Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
- Third countries: Shipping, for example, to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or Canada.
- International: Transit times depend on the respective destination country.
DPD Standard:
- EU countries: Shipping to all member states of the European Union.
- Examples: Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and other EU countries.
- Transit time: Delivery usually takes a few working days, depending on the destination country.
DHL Express:
- Germany: Delivery on the next working day.
- Note: We offer DHL Express exclusively within Germany.
Freight forwarding
For heavy goods that exceed the package weight of 30 kg, cannot be sent in multiple packages or cannot be transported by parcel service due to their dimensions, we commission a shipping company. You will receive an individual offer from us. The purchase contract is only concluded after you accept the offer.
Delivery time:
Fast shipping is possible if the individual freight offer is accepted quickly. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 5-7 days.

Please ensure that the delivery address can be reached with a 7.5 ton truck and that there is a flat, solid surface for unloading, as delivery is curbside.
Important: For products marked with a forklift symbol, you must organize unloading from the truck yourself using a suitable device (e.g. forklift).
Note: If your order weighs more than 1000 kg gross, you will receive your individual shipping quote for freight forwarding within a few hours after clicking "Request a quote" during the checkout process.

Express delivery to other countries is possible upon request. The best way to do this is to contact us by phone (Monday to Friday by 11:00 a.m.). Alternatively, you can select the shipping method “Express” in the online shop and then click on “Request a quote”. We will make you a corresponding offer as quickly as possible.
Frequently asked questions about shipping
No, we currently do not offer shipping to packing stations, parcel shops or parcel boxes in our shop. For delivery there, please choose a redirection yourself using the tracking link and the delivery options. As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, you can specify your personal desired delivery using the DHL shipment tracking.
Please note that we have no influence on any delays during transport as shipping is handled by an external service provider.
Yes, make the appropriate settings during the ordering process. Cash on delivery is only available throughout Germany. With the cash on delivery service, the recipient receives the DHL package upon payment of the specified cash on delivery amount plus a DHL fee of €8.99 from the parcel carrier.
- The cash on delivery amount of a maximum of EUR 3,500 is usually collected in cash or in the branch using an EC card.
- If the recipient refuses to pay the cash on delivery amount, the package is considered undeliverable and will be returned to you.
- Please note that a shipment with the cash on delivery service cannot be delivered to a packing station, a parcel shop or a parcel box.

We love being able to put our products in your hands. To ensure that no damage occurs during transport, certain regulations for securing loads must be met. If your load is inadequately secured, you and other road users are not only in acute danger to your life, but you will also be subject to severe penalties in the event of a check by the police. Since we as shippers have a duty under the law, we must insist that all points are met in full. Please note the Loading requirements

Your order will usually be on its way to you within two working days. Please note: If you pay in advance, we will send your package as soon as we receive your payment.
To always know where your package is, you have several options:
- In the customer account: As a registered customer, you can track the status of your order at any time in your personal “My Account” area.
- By email: As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. You can easily track your delivery online using the tracking number included.
As the buyer, you bear the costs for return shipping. To avoid delays at customs, please note the following points when returning:
- Fill out the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) completely and correctly.
- Enclose the original commercial invoice.
- Attach both documents clearly visible in a transparent shipping bag on the outside of the package.
After receipt of your order, in individual cases the information “Unfortunately item is no longer available” may appear in your customer account and on the ordered goods. This only refers to the general status in the online shop.
