buy induction heaters – targeted heat for bodywork & mechanical work
Induction heaters in various power classes for bodywork and mechanical tasks. Whether for releasing seized bolts, sheet metal forming or adhesive bonds – induction heating works quickly, precisely and without open flame. At hebebuehne24.de, find suitable models for every need.
What induction heaters do:
- No open flame: Induction heating works without fire risk and without heat affecting adjacent plastic and rubber parts.
- Precise & localised: The heat acts exactly where you need it – no widespread overheating of the surrounding area.
- Various power classes: From compact handheld units to powerful stationary devices for intensive bodywork.

Induction Heaters: Technology and Use in the Body Shop
Induction heaters work on the principle of electromagnetic induction: an alternating current field in the induction coil generates eddy currents in the metal workpiece – the metal heats up from the inside out. This enables fast, precise heating without direct contact and without flame.
What power classes are induction heaters available in?
Compact handheld units with 800 to 1,500 watts are suitable for releasing individual bolts and small straightening tasks. Mid-range units with 1,500 to 3,000 watts are suited to more extensive straightening work and sheet metal forming. Powerful stationary units above 3,000 watts also allow heating of larger surfaces and thicker sheet metal for intensive bodywork.
What can I release with an induction heater that I can't with a wrench?
Induction heating is particularly effective for rusted or seized bolts and nuts that won't come loose even with force. The targeted heating of the bolt or nut expands the metal – after cooling, the corrosion layer has loosened and the joint can often be released with little force. This works more reliably than any penetrating lubricant and is significantly faster than hours of soaking.
