AHCON Bead Breaker BBRT XL – extra wide rims with Magic Arm
The AHCON BBRT XL is the most powerful model in the BBRT series – designed for workshops that regularly handle extra wide wheels. Vans, SUVs, 4x4 vehicles, transporters: anyone who needs to break beads on rims up to 385 mm wide without causing damage needs the BBRT XL. All the advantages of the BBRT 900 – plus the capacity for extra wide tyres.

With a maximum wheel width of 385 mm (compared to 335 mm on the BBRT 900), the BBRT XL covers the full range of modern wide tyres. The horizontal bead breaking principle ensures minimal rim damage even on large, heavy wheels – precise, controlled and physically easy on the technician.
Safety & ergonomics in daily use
The integrated magic arm provides optimal hold on alloy rims during the bead breaking process – especially valuable with the sensitive alloy wheels found on modern wide-tyre vehicles. The wheel turning plate allows rotating without lifting, 2 height adjustments adapt the machine to the technician, and the integrated tool box keeps everything within reach.
