The AHCON BBRT 900 is the professional upgrade to the BBRT 700 – designed for workshops that regularly work with high-quality alloy rims and refuse to compromise on efficiency or rim protection. The proven horizontal bead breaking principle remains, now enhanced with two key additions that make daily work noticeably easier.
The Magic Arm – the decisive difference
The integrated magic arm gives the technician optimal hold on the alloy rim during the bead breaking process. Especially with sensitive alloy wheels, this is the key advantage: less slipping, fewer scratches, more control. Combined with the horizontal bead breaking method, the BBRT 900 is the go-to tool for any professional tyre service focused on alloy rims.
Safety & ergonomics in daily use
Just like the BBRT 700, the integrated wheel turning plate allows rotating the wheel 180° without manual lifting. With 2 height adjustment settings, the machine adapts to the technician's working height. The integrated tool box keeps mounting paste, tyre levers and other tools within arm's reach – right at the machine, no searching, no walking.
