Anyone who changes tyres all day knows the toll it takes on your back – and how quickly expensive rims can get damaged. The AHCON BBRT 700 solves both problems at once: its horizontal bead breaking principle works gently on the rim while allowing an upright, ergonomic working posture – tyre after tyre, shift after shift.
Why the BBRT 700 belongs in every tyre workshop
Traditional vertical bead breakers apply heavy downward force – resulting in pressure damage to alloy rims and a physically demanding workflow. The AHCON BBRT 700 works horizontally instead: the tyre is separated from the rim from the side – precisely, in a controlled manner, and with significantly less effort. This protects the rim and reduces strain on the technician.
Safety & ergonomics in daily use
The integrated wheel turning plate allows the wheel to be rotated 180° without any manual lifting. No bending, no twisting, no unnecessary strain. With 2 height adjustment settings, the machine adapts to the technician's working height for fatigue-free operation even during high-volume tyre service. The unit is manufactured to Danish standards and finished in RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
