TRUSTERS IRONARM 390 - Tire mounting made easy!
With the support of the IRONARM 390 on the TRUSTERS MOVE 2400 tire changer, it is easy to fit UHP and run-flat tires. This auxiliary arm can also be retrofitted to the tire changer. With the IRONARM 390, mounting and demounting tires is easy.

- 1 roller as direct support for the mounting head so that the bead does not spring back. Adjustment is done manually.
- 1 roller as a follow-up to the first roller to guide the tire evenly. This roller is locked and unlocked pneumatically.
- Main arm with several functions: The insertable crown is used to press the rim down in the center hole so that the clamping claws can grip the rim. To remove the tire, a hook is attached to the head with which the rubber can be pulled upwards. You will appreciate this tool, especially with heavy tires of more than 20", because it makes your work much easier. The main tool of the main arm is the guided bead hold-down function. The head is attached opposite the mounting head during mounting. It ensures that the edge of the tire is pressed into the rim well so that the rubber has enough space to be pushed over the rim flange. This prevents the rubber from tearing. The movable arm guides the bead of the tire during the entire rotation of the table and thus supports quick and uncomplicated fitting.
