With a lifting capacity of 4.5 tons, the RAVAGLIOLI KPH45SP is optimally designed for vans, light commercial vehicles and heavier passenger cars. The electro-hydraulic drive lifts the vehicle powerfully and evenly to the desired working height.
The core feature of the KPH45SP is its triple lifting speed: A three-stage drive control system ensures quick start-up, consistently high speed during lifting and smooth deceleration shortly before reaching the target height. The result is noticeably more efficient work cycles – a clear advantage for workshops with high vehicle throughput.
The asymmetrical support arms are 3-stage telescopic at the front and 2-stage telescopic at the rear (550–1,472 mm), reliably covering the common lifting points of vans and heavy passenger cars. The automatic arm locking system ensures a secure hold and unlocks automatically when lowered to the floor.
With a maximum lifting height of 2,005 mm, the KPH45SP offers comfortable access to the vehicle underbody. At the same time, the minimum pick-up height of 95 mm makes it easier to lift lower vehicles. The lifting time (37 s) and lowering time (34 s) benefit from the three-stage drive control system through a particularly smooth and efficient movement sequence.
The permanently active mechanical safety lock reliably secures the lift in the parking position. The cable-free hydraulic synchronization ensures precise synchronization of both lifting carriages. In addition, the standard limit switch protects against exceeding the maximum lifting height.
