The RAV KPH40SAVM is a 2-post lift with a 4.0 t lifting capacity, symmetrical columns and innovative AV support arms (“All Vehicles”). These reach around 20% further than conventional arms and can therefore access the lifting points of a particularly wide range of vehicles – from passenger cars and heavier vehicles to light vans within the specified lifting capacity. With a lifting capacity of 4.0 tons, the RAVAGLIOLI KPH40SAVM offers sufficient reserve for vans and heavier passenger cars. The electro-hydraulic drive lifts the vehicle powerfully and evenly to the desired working height.
The AV support arms ("All Vehicles") are the central feature of this lift: they reach around 20% further than conventional support arms and therefore cover the lifting points of an exceptionally wide variety of vehicles – from compact passenger cars to vehicles with unusual wheelbases. The front arms are telescopic in the range of 470–1,039 mm, while the rear arms are telescopic in the range of 700–1,480 mm. The automatic arm locking system ensures a secure hold and unlocks automatically when lowered to the floor.
With a maximum lifting height of 1,977 mm, the KPH40SAVM offers good access to the vehicle underbody. At the same time, the minimum pick-up height of 97 mm makes it easier to lift low vehicles. A lifting time of 37 seconds and a lowering time of 34 seconds are matched to the load capacity of this class.
The permanently active mechanical safety lock reliably secures the lift in the parking position. The cable-free hydraulic synchronization ensures precise synchronization of both lifting carriages. In addition, the standard limit switch protects against exceeding the maximum lifting height.
