TRUSTERS / REMO POWERLIFT1000 Quad lift

The POWERLIFT1000 comes with the following equipment:
- Rails: With the attachable widening rails, the platform has a width of 127 cm.
- 1000 kg load capacity: This load capacity ranges from a scooter to a Boss-Hoss machine.
- Working height: The platform has a maximum working height of 120 cm and reaches this in just 30 seconds.
- Lift table with roller bearings : Smooth running is guaranteed even under full load thanks to the roller guide of the lift table.
- Control system: The entire control system of the POWERLIFT1000 is controlled via a practical joystick.
- Wheel holder: The wheel holder included in the delivery can be quickly attached to the lift table or removed again.
- Lift table flaps: The platform has a lowerable lift table flap at each end of the platform.
- Chequer plate: A chequer plate is fitted in the middle to protect the platform.
- Drive-on ramp: Thanks to the long drive-on ramp, the POWERLIFT has a drive-on angle that is not too steep.
- Grease nipples: Grease nipples are fitted at all important points on the POWERLIFT1000.

Habe lange gesucht und hier das perfekte Teil gefunden!
Diese Hebebühne ist wirklich prima! Sehr stabil und mit Raster-Sicherung. Die mögliche Arbeitshöhe ist für mich (188cm) super - andere Bühnen kommen da bei Weitem nicht heran. Aufbau/Montage ohne Probleme - sicherlich wäre ein Gabelstapler z. B. hilfreich - es ging aber auch so. Habe lange gesucht und hier das perfekte Teil gefunden!

Joystick – control in your hand
Control the POWERLIFT1000X quad and ATV lift conveniently with the handy joystick. Thanks to the magnets on the back, you can safely place it anywhere on the stage.
Centrally installed unit - everything in one box
With the POWERLIFT1000X, the unit, the control box and the electronics are centrally and safely stored in a removable box under the lifting table. So nothing stands separately next to the stage, like with other lifts.
Checker plate –
Protection for the lifting table
With this robust checker plate you protect the lifting table of your POWERLIFT1000X from scratches and heavy wear. It offers an extremely durable work surface - ideal if you want to store additional tools or securely position a scissor jack under your quad or ATV.
Hydraulic cylinder –
Powerful and reliable
The powerful hydraulic cylinder of the POWERLIFT1000X effortlessly lifts up to 1000 kg. This means you can also drive heavy quads, ATVs or lawn tractors up and down safely and stably.
Eyelets – Securing made easy
The wide lifting table is equipped with four sturdy eyelets. These allow you to easily hook in the safety straps and securely secure your quad or ATV at all four corners.
Roller bearings –
Smooth lifting and lowering
The roller-bearing lifting table enables gentle and even lifting and lowering. This means you can easily and safely bring your quad or ATV to the desired working height.
Safety latches – Safe and stable
The POWERLIFT1000X has mechanical supports that lock into six different heights: 65 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm, 100 cm, 110 cm and 120 cm. Once you have reached the perfect working height for your quad or ATV, simply lower the platform into the next notch.
Lift table flaps –
Free access to the axes
The POWERLIFT1000X is equipped with a practical lifting table flap in the rear area. This flap gives you free access to the wheels and axles, so you can easily carry out maintenance and repair work on your quad or ATV.
Removable side rails – Maximum versatility
The POWERLIFT1000X offers the perfect width for quads and ATVs ex works. If you want to work on a two-wheeler instead, the side rails can be easily removed. The wide platform can be transformed into a fully-fledged motorcycle lift in no time.
Access ramps –
Across the full width
The ramp system is perfectly thought out so that you can use the lift flexibly for quads, ATVs and motorcycles. The side access ramps can be hooked in and out to match the side rails with just one movement, while the middle ramp is an integral part of the lift. This even retracts automatically during the lifting process. This means you can drive any vehicle safely and comfortably.

Secure stand for your motorcycle
If you convert your POWERLIFT1000X into a full-fledged motorcycle lift, this wheel holder will become indispensable - and it is already included in the scope of delivery! With a whopping 1000 kg load capacity, this platform effortlessly lifts the heaviest quads, ATVs, UTVs, and lawn tractors.
Lifting Height:
The platform has a maximum working height of 120 cm and reaches it in just 30 seconds. The drive-on ramp is automatically retracted when lifting.
Versatility & Extension:
The POWERLIFT1000X offers a standard working width of 1270 mm. If you want to work on a two-wheeler, the side rails can easily be unhooked to convert the platform into a narrow motorcycle lift table. For exceptionally long vehicles, you can also extend the platform to a length of 2850 mm using our optionally available lift table extension.
