Product information "HERKULES AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11 | Pneumatic Scissor Lift | 3.5 t"
Herkules AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11 – Pneumatic Scissor Lift 3.5 t
The Herkules AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11 is a pneumatic scissor lift with 3,500 kg capacity, built for body and paint shops. It runs on compressed air alone – no electrical supply, no hydraulic oil. A drive-over height of only 100 mm lets low vehicles roll on, and 1,300 mm of lift keeps you upright instead of bent over.
Key benefits
- 3.5 t capacity: Covers cars, SUVs, heavy EVs and vans up to a 3,700 mm wheelbase.
- Oil- and silicone-free: The air bellows drive keeps oil mist and silicones out of the booth – essential for a clean paint finish.
- 100 mm drive-over height: Low-clearance vehicles get on the lift without ramp blocks.
- Compressed air only: 6–8 bar from your shop line is enough; no electrical connection required.
Equipment & features
Safety
- CE stop as standard: Lowering halts automatically 150 mm above the floor; final lowering is signalled by an audible warning.
- Roll-off protection: Keeps the vehicle securely in place, also with longer wheelbases.
- Hot-dip galvanised base frame: Corrosion protection as standard for daily shop and booth use.
- TÜV-certified design: Herkules Hebetechnik has been building pneumatic lifts for 50 years.
Operation
- Infinitely variable lift height: Smooth, jerk-free positioning at any working height up to 1,300 mm.
- Folding runways: Free access to sills, wheel arches and underbody.
- Long arms: Lifting points on small cars and vans are equally easy to reach.
Mechanics & maintenance
- Double sliding blocks: Stable guidance with low wear and easy servicing.
- Replaceable air bellows: Bellows and safety valve can be changed without special tools.
- Modular pneumatics: Options such as a lift limiter or forced bellows venting can be added.
- Convertible: Changing from surface-mounted to recessed installation is designed in.
Applications
- Paint shops: lifting in the preparation area and inside the spray booth (ATEX certification optional).
- Body repair and smart repair: 85 % of all damage sits below the window line, so working on a raised vehicle is both faster and more ergonomic.
- Sanding and spot repair on sills, wheel arches and underbody panels.
- Independent workshops and dealerships: wheel, brake and exhaust work on cars and vans up to 3.5 t.
- Vehicle detailing and wrapping: quick lifting without any electrics in the prep bay.
- Well-equipped private workshops with an existing 6 bar air supply.

Frequently asked questions
What is the lifting capacity of the Herkules AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11?
The Herkules AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11 lifts 3,500 kg, covering cars, SUVs, heavy EVs and vans up to 3.5 t gross weight and a 3,700 mm wheelbase.
Does the lift need an electrical connection?
No. The AirgoMatic Pro 3513-11 is purely pneumatic and only needs 6–8 bar of compressed air. That makes it faster than hydraulic systems and particularly suitable for spray booths.
What is the difference between HLS3513-11 and HLS3513-14?
The -11 is installed on the floor and lifts 1,300 mm. The -14 is the recessed version for concrete floors or grating, needs a 150 mm pit depth and lifts 1,150 mm.
Can the lift be used inside a spray booth?
Yes. The drive is oil- and silicone-free and needs no electrics. For potentially explosive atmospheres the lift is available with optional ATEX certification.
What does CE stop mean?
The CE stop is the lowering safety device required by DIN standards: the lift stops automatically 150 mm above the floor and an audible signal warns anyone nearby during final lowering.
