Product information "HERKULES AirgoMatic Compact 2810-11 | Pneumatic Scissor Lift 2.8 t"
Herkules AirgoMatic Compact 2810-11 – Compact Pneumatic Scissor Lift 2.8 t
The Herkules AirgoMatic Compact 2810-11 is a pneumatic scissor lift with 2,800 kg capacity for spray booths, preparation areas and workshops that are tight on space. It lifts the vehicle standing on its wheels, works without hydraulic oil and without an electrical supply, and is surface-mounted straight onto your existing floor – no pit, no building work.
Key benefits
- No building work: The surface-mounted version bolts onto the existing floor and can be repositioned later if you change your shop layout.
- 2.8 t capacity at approx. 1,000 mm lift: Enough for cars, estates and SUVs up to a 3,350 mm wheelbase, at a comfortable working height.
- Oil- and silicone-free: The air bellows drive keeps oil mist and silicones out of the booth – essential for a clean paint finish.
- Bellows replaced in 15 minutes: The patent-pending bellows system keeps downtime short.
Equipment & features
Safety
- CE stop included: Lowering stops automatically approx. 300 mm above the floor, protecting the operator's feet and meeting European safety standards.
- Hot-dip galvanised base frame: The fully galvanised steel frame is protected against corrosion as standard.
- Adjustable support feet: Compensate for minor floor unevenness and ensure stable, level installation.
- TÜV-certified design: Herkules Hebetechnik has been building pneumatic lifts for 50 years.
Operation
- Pro ramps: The ramp geometry allows quick drive-on and safe positioning up to a 3,350 mm wheelbase.
- Infinitely variable lift height: Smooth, jerk-free lifting and lowering at any working height.
- Compressed air only: 6–8 bar from your shop line is enough; no electrical connection needed.
Maintenance
- Patent-pending bellows system: Replacement takes only 15 minutes.
- Low-maintenance design: In the surface-mounted version all components stay fully accessible for inspection and service.
- Two installation types: 2810-11 surface-mounted or 2810-14 for flush installation in concrete or grating.
Applications
- Spray booths and preparation areas: oil- and silicone-free lifting with no electrics in the booth.
- Body repair and smart repair: 85 % of all damage sits below the window line, so a raised vehicle means better access and better visibility.
- Sanding, spot repair and polishing on sills, wheel arches and side panels.
- Workshops with limited floor space that cannot or do not want to build a pit.
- Detailing and vehicle wrapping: quick lifting of cars and SUVs.
- Self-service workshops and well-equipped private shops with a 6 bar air supply.

Frequently asked questions
What is the lifting capacity of the Herkules AirgoMatic Compact 2810-11?
The Herkules AirgoMatic Compact 2810-11 lifts 2,800 kg to a height of approximately 1,000 mm. Maximum wheelbase is 3,350 mm, which covers cars, estates and SUVs.
Does the lift need electricity or a pit?
No. The 2810-11 runs purely on 6–8 bar of compressed air and is mounted on your existing floor. No pit and no building work are required.
What is the difference between HLS2810-11 and HLS2810-14?
The -11 is the surface-mounted version. The -14 is the recessed version for concrete or grating, so vehicles drive onto a completely flat surface without ramps or edges.
How does the 2810-11 differ from the DUO version?
The 2810-11 lifts the vehicle only while it stands on its wheels. The 2810 DUO-11 can additionally lift wheel-free under the chassis, which also makes it suitable for tyre and brake servicing.
How quickly can the air bellows be replaced?
The patent-pending bellows system is built for serviceability: replacement takes around 15 minutes, which keeps downtime short.
