PayPal installment payment is currently available for customers with a PayPal account in Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy and Spain. Please note that the conditions and name of the service vary depending on the country:

In Germany you can use PayPal installment payment for purchases between €99 and €5,000 and pay in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments.

You can easily pay with us using your Visa or Mastercard credit card. 3D Secure process – for your own security and to prevent misuse, we use the so-called 3D Secure process. When paying, you will be redirected to your credit institution's website where you will be asked for the online SecureCode/password for the credit card. If you have not yet applied for a SecureCode for online orders, please contact the credit card company that issued the card.

All you have to do is enter your IBAN during the payment process and give us permission (the SEPA mandate) to debit the amount from your account. Collection will only take place when your order is on its way to you. So easy and safe.

Payment in advance / bank transfer

After ordering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email in which you will find a list of the products ordered, the amount to be paid, your delivery and billing address, the assigned order number, our bank details and the intended use for the payment. Please transfer the amount to the specified account. Please only indicate this exact intended purpose (12 digits with 2 dots), otherwise there may be delays in the assignment. After the transfer has been recorded, the delivery order is released.
