It is a seamless leap in performance for mixed fleets in which electric vehicles, heavier SUVs or light vans regularly appear. Instead of changing the way you work, stick to the familiar positioning. The additional carrying reserve creates mental peace. Rotated, barrier-free columns make door access easier and the open ground clearance allows transmission jacks or battery lifts to be transported freely under the vehicle.

No metal bridge, no stumbling
The ELVT2400 has no ground connection between the columns. This means you can drive through freely and the tool trolley also has a clear path.
Ultra-low swivel height
Lowered vehicles? With an extremely low swivel height of only 85 mm, this is not an issue.
Move freely instead of twisting
The 30° rotated columns and the door protection rubbers allow the vehicle doors to be opened further and make getting in and out easier.
6-fold roller-bearing pallet truck
The pallet trucks glide so smoothly that the typical “stage noise” is practically eliminated. This reduces wear and demonstrates precision. The lifting height in both columns is optimally coordinated using electronic potentiometers, meaning that a rigid connection is not necessary.

Whether it's a lowered sports car, a wide SUV, a heavy electric vehicle or a spacious van - the ELVT2400 with a 4 t load capacity accommodates them all in your normal routine. A stage that simply works. Day in, day out.
Lift & construction height:
2005 mm maximum lifting height enables ergonomic working in an upright position. With a minimum swing height of just 85 mm, you can attack even very deep vehicles in a relaxed manner. Thanks to the low column height of only 2552 mm, the stage also fits in many workshops with limited ceiling height (from 2800 mm).
Safety & Longevity:
An electronic height compensation ensures perfectly synchronized, quiet running without a rigid connection to the ground. The heart of safety is the proven nut system consisting of a durable bronze support nut and a cast safety nut. In addition, an automatic support arm lock, door protection rubbers and an acoustic signal when lowering ensure maximum safety. The stage is of course CE certified and protected against dust and splash water according to IP54.

Soil requirement:
For installation, a continuous, double-reinforced concrete foundation (C20/25) with at least 4.0 × 2.0 m area and 21 cm thickness is required. 12 anchors attach the stage securely and with little vibration. For less stable foundations, we offer a reinforcement bracket.
