For lifting electric vehicles - universally applicable
This rubber block made of solid material is particularly stable and non-slip. The upper surface is slightly smaller than the lower one. The support is particularly robust and stable, tapers towards the top and is 120 mm high. This gives it a high level of stability and optimum contact with the pick-up point on the vehicle.
The special support is suitable for lifting a variety of heavy hybrid SUVs, such as the Volvo CX90, as well as smaller vehicles such as the Fiat 500e. These place special demands on the lifting technology, as the pick-up points on the vehicles are deeply recessed. Normal rubber blocks are usually too low and do not reach the lifting points. This block therefore has a height of 120 mm to guarantee safe lifting even for such vehicles. The block is identical in shape and rubber compound to the block item no. 09003, but is twice as high and can therefore be placed safely at the hard-to-reach lifting points.
Using the rubber block does not damage any sensitive components such as trim, electrical components or chassis parts near the vehicle lifting points. With the grooved cross on the contact surface, the rubber block can be optimally aligned with the lifting points or lifting folds on the electric vehicle. It also supports non-slip contact between the rubber block and the vehicle lifting point.
