Please note that for custom dimensions, one-time additional costs for mold making (tooling costs) apply. Production is therefore usually only cost-effective for larger order quantities.
- Minimum order quantity: At least 10 rubber blocks per dimension.
- One-time tooling costs: Starting at approx. €350 (depending on size) for the creation of the custom mold.
- Unit price: The costs for the actual rubber blocks are calculated and charged separately.
- Price notice: The price displayed in the shop is a placeholder and has no connection to your individual offer.
Calculation Examples for Tooling Costs
A custom mold must be made for each new dimension. The tooling costs depend on the longest side of the desired block (e.g., for a block measuring 25x15x10 cm, the limit of max. 25 cm applies):

The rubber blocks are not only manufactured in individual sizes as cubes or rectangles, very special shapes are also no problem. The blocks are made from a single piece of solid rubber material. As with all our devices, we also pay attention to the best material and workmanship for these safety-relevant accessories. The result is made-to-measure rubber blocks that are absolutely stable, non-slip, and durable.
Customized Production in Larger Quantities
The custom-made rubber blocks are manufactured in Europe, another guarantee of high quality standards. Since a custom tool must be manufactured for each special production, the unit costs drop rapidly the more blocks you order. Once the tool is available, these mold costs will not apply to future reorders.
