Features of the 25t freeline lift

• With a load capacity of 25t and a maximum rail length of 11mm, entire articulated lorries can be lifted with ease.
• overground or underfloor version: The Ravaglioli 825 can be perfectly adapted to your needs, space conditions and intended use.
• With a total of 8 extremely high-quality cylinders, this Freeline lift has plenty of power to make working at the limit look child's play.
• It is operated via a control panel, which also monitors and regulates the synchronization of the driving surfaces.
• A total of 4 power units are fitted to the lift. Directly next to the double cylinders at the ends of the runways.
• In contrast to a scissor lift, a freeline lift has the great advantage that you are not restricted laterally when working under the vehicle. This not only creates space, but also a freer feeling.
• The track surface is made of tear plate to prevent slipping.
• No mechanical connection between the tracks. Perfectly accessible all round.
• Electronic synchronization of the rails independent of the load distribution.
• The mechanical safety catch guarantees maximum safety even when the lifting platform is raised.

Optional special equipment:

• Floor leveling (RAV VARS800): If the RAV825 is installed in the underfloor version (floor level), you have two trenches on the left & right when raised, in which the rails are otherwise housed in the lowest position. If you opt for the VARS800 floor leveller, a metal base plate is lifted up from the bottom of the trench. This gives you a level floor surface on which you can move tool trolleys and other repair equipment freely when the rails are raised.
• Couple two RAV825s (RAV VARS800/DUO): Here you have the option of setting up two Freeline lifts one behind the other and coupling them together. All 4 runways can be moved absolutely synchronously in this way. Nevertheless, you have the option of controlling both platforms completely separately. They are controlled via a special control cabinet.
• Track lighting (RAV S800A2): The S800A2 track lighting provides optimum lighting under the raised vehicle. This lighting can be offered for all track lengths.
• Long drive-on ramps (RAV S720A5): These 2950 mm long drive-on ramps are the ideal solution for reducing the drive-on angle on the 360 mm high lifting platform.
• Axle-free jack with 13.5t (RAV KP118PY): This powerful axle-free jack can be easily moved between the runways and brought to the right place. At 13.5 t, the KP118PY has sufficient power, even for heavy commercial vehicles.
