This pedal spring is the return spring in the foot pedal unit of the Ravaglioli G3.140, G2.124 and GP.140 tyre changers as well as the identical Butler VAS741071 and Librak 355. It automatically returns the pedal to its neutral position after actuation, so that functions such as the turntable, bead breaker or rim clamping only operate while the pedal is pressed. A fatigued or broken spring causes the pedal to stick or return poorly – replacing it restores safe and precise operation.
