Reinforcement Bracket for 10 cm Foundations – OMCN 199/GK, 199/GAMMA, 199/ALFA
This reinforcement bracket allows the OMCN 2-post lift to be safely installed even on floors with a concrete thickness of only 10 cm—without the need for costly floor renovation. The bracket is retrofitted to the base frame and distributes the load over a larger area, allowing floors that fall below the standard specifications to be used.
This bracket is suitable if your floor has the following characteristics (without the reinforcement bracket)
- Concrete floor, strength class C35
- Minimum thickness: 10 cm
- Reinforced with two layers of reinforcing mesh
- Wire diameter: 8 mm, mesh size: 200 × 200 mm
Installation Instructions
Two brackets are required per lift platform (one per column). Six additional anchors are required for installation (not included). The reinforcement brackets are not a substitute for a full-scale standard foundation. In the event of significantly varying floor conditions—e.g., thin screed, unreinforced concrete, or existing floors—we recommend consulting a structural engineer before installation.
