Thanks to the mobile set, the ATH-Flex Lift is ready to move in a few seconds, making this lift very flexible and earning it the name "Flex-Lift". Optimal for locations where there is a lack of space. The platform is ideally suited for painting and body stores, as the lifted vehicle is freely accessible from all sides. This is a clear advantage over almost all other lifting platforms. Brake and tire services also get their money's worth with the ATH-Flex Lift 30. In just 20 seconds, this mobile lifting platform lifts any vehicle weighing up to 3 tons to an optimum working height.
With this lift, electrical limit switches were deliberately omitted so that no problems occur even in contact with splash water. Especially in the cooler season, when the vehicles on the road come into contact with a lot of moisture, it is inevitable that water gets into the garage. For you, this is the guarantee of carefree work.
The Flex Lift 30 convinces with easy handling, it can be set up on any flat, paved surface without installation work.
The Flex Lift has a double hydraulic cylinder system with hydraulic lowering safety device, so no detent or compressed air is required. Even at the very bottom of the "zero point", this platform is an absolute powerhouse thanks to the powerful double cylinder! The cross-connection at the bottom enables absolutely synchronous synchronization, no matter at what height. Thus, the vehicle is always straight and a safe stand is guaranteed.
The 230 V control panel is also equipped with a swivel castor, making the control panel as well as the ATH-Flex Lift 30 very easy to maneuver.
To protect the hydraulic hoses from damage, they are surrounded by a protective jacket. As you surely know, these hoses constantly come into contact with hard or sharp-edged objects in workshop use.
The regular pick-up area is 145 cm, however, with this Flex Lift 30 you have the option to extend the pick-up area to a length of 203 cm. To do this, all you have to do is fold up the drive-up ramps and lock them in place.
